HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING SERVICE DISCLAIMER

 

PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. 

 

If we are unable to gain access to your home/property to perform services, There is a $30.00 SAME DAY CANCELLATION FEE, if and when services are cancelled the same day they were scheduled.

Professional Lee Services requires a MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS NOTICE in order to reschedule/cancel your services, and there will not be a cancellation fee.

​

Initial quotes/estimates for services are valid for thirty (30) days.  Quotes/estimates can be subject to change after thirty (30) days.

​

Additional services that are requested while performing services, an additional service fee will be incurred.

​

Professional Lee Services always do a "Walk Thru" of any home and or property, before starting any services.  This allows us to accurately price the service needed.  This also will establish expectations from us and as well as the client.

​

We ask that a person over the age of 18 will be able to be present and will have authority to make decisions regarding the services.

​

During the walk thru, it is important to mention any issues such as:

- Any areas of the home/property that WILL NOT BE SERVICED AND OR WE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN.

- Broken Furniture.

- Broken Fixtures.

- Electrical Issues.

- Pets (we ask that all pets be put away during services).

- Hazardous Conditions.

- Possible exposure to bodily fluids

- Any type of infestations (rodents, insects, etc.)

Failure to mention any of these issues, and or any other issues that may cause an unsafe working environment for Professional Lee Services, will result in a NON-REFUNDABLE $50 inconvenience fee.  Services WILL NOT BE COMPLETED.

Heavy Smokers will incur an additional fee of $30.00 to be included with services.

Professional Lee Services does NOT guarantee the removal of stains (rust, mildew, mold, excessive dirt buildup etc) caused by hard water build-up or lack of maintenance.

All areas within your home should be free of clutter.

We require to be informed of items or surfaces needing special care. We are NOT responsible for any surfaces needing special care if we were not informed.

We are NOT responsible for any damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item.

All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.

 

We are NOT responsible for any damage caused to any unsealed stone or surface.

Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have proper protection.

We ask that clients contact us within 24 hours with any issues and or concerns after receiving services.

​

Before and After photos may be taken for liability purposes, and will be confidential.

 

Professional Lee Services clients' personal information is confidential and used for business purposes only.

 

By contracting our services, you agree to all terms and disclaimers.

 

Failure to comply with all terms and disclaimers, gives Professional Lee Services the right to refuse services.
 

NOTICE DISCLAIMER
We only clean interior windows and window treatments that could be reached with a three-step ladder.

Having other work done within your home while our team members are working may affect the rate and time needed to complete the cleaning to meet your expectations.

The presence of other workers or excess of people in the house may cause an estimate given to be inaccurate.

For the safety of our team members, no other jobs should be done while our team members are cleaning your home.
No heavy furniture is allowed to be moved by our team members.

LAUNDRY SERVICES DISCLAIMER
PROFESSIONAL LEE SERVICES accepts all laundry on the basis of weight and does not perform a piece-by-piece count. 

 

We have an expectation that clothing items sent to us can be washed in a machine.
 

We do not launder RUGS OR SHOES.

We ask that clients separate out any items that need to be dry-cleaned and mark it as such.  
 

Examples of laundry items that should be dry-cleaned or at a minimum—not sent out to launder:
 

Clothing items that have linings in them – This includes dresses, gowns, skirts or pants
Clothing that has beading or delicate embellishments
Any clothing items that appear fragile or delicate
Any item that clearly states “dry clean only”
Clothing that is highly stained or soiled
Heavy wool such as coats or suits
Clothing that has a blend of fabrics generally should be dry cleaned
Fur (send out to dry clean)
Most leather (needs to be dry cleaned)
Suede (needs to be dry cleaned)
Pillows (Sometimes the feathers inside fall apart and/or are impossible to dry).
 

PROFESSIONAL LEE SERVICES DO NOT OFFER DRY-CLEANING AT THIS TIME.
